Products which are found to be defective shall be submitted and be scrutinized by the manufacturers for approval. The item being claimed to be defective may be required to be returned by the manufacturer for evaluation purposes, shipping cost of which shall be shouldered by the buyer.

A claim should be made within 7 days upon receipt of the “defective” item. Once approved, the buyer will be credited with a similar replacement or shop credits amounting to the item purchased.

We will be accepting returns for replacement. In this case, return for exchange must be within 7 days of receipt of items. Items that are to be replaced should be returned in its original, unopened state before a replacement will be made. reserved the right to deny replacement of such items should the conditions not be met.

The cost for returning shall be shouldered by the returning party. Kindly send all necessary information such as the return address, tracking information and courier used once item is sent back for replacement. Refunds will not be accepted for returns.
